STRATUS is not responsible for any lost, misplaced or undelivered products after we have turned the order over to your chosen shipping carrier. Most deliveries in the USA by the United States Postal Service using Ground Advantage come with $100 of insurance. If your package is lost, misplaced or undelivered, it is up to you to file the claim with the carrier.
